The department is equipped with woodworking machines used for the production process or preparation for production, during which we process particleboard, plywood, MDF, and other materials that are further utilized in woodworking.

Through precise processing techniques, we transform raw materials into high-quality components that are further used in the manufacturing process of our products. Expertise and attention to detail ensure that each piece is processed with care and precision, providing the foundation for chairs that are durable, functional, and aesthetically appealing.

The initial instructions include the creation of high-quality technical documentation and the ability of our employees to create components as initially requested by the customer.

Process in the Wood Processing Department

In the process of woodworking parts, every step is carefully designed to achieve quality and aesthetics. We start by selecting the highest quality wood with FSC standards, carefully choosing each piece to ensure consistency, durability, and compliance with EU and GB standards.

Preparation and Selection of Wood

First, we select high-quality raw material with FSC certification, which will be used for the production of chair parts, and then the raw material is carefully prepared for processing.

Shaping, Cutting, and Sanding the Wood

The raw material is shaped according to the technical documentation and chair design, and then precisely cut to achieve the desired shape. After cutting, the parts are sanded to achieve a smooth surface, and then finished with coatings and paints according to design specifications.

Quality Control

Finally, each piece undergoes a detailed quality control to meet all customer requirements and EU market standards.
