The Polyurethane Parts Molding Department is a result of our commitment to following trends in the furniture industry and represents a relatively new project within our production. We have focused on developing this department and can now say that we have the capacity to produce polyurethane parts to meet the needs of our production.

We have invested significant efforts and resources in acquiring the latest generation machines, ensuring that our production is at a top-notch level. Currently, we are equipped with 10 injection molds mounted on a carousel, allowing us to efficiently and precisely produce polyurethane parts. Additionally, we use a Cell Crusher from the renowned manufacturer, further enhancing our production process.

We continue to dedicate ourselves to improving the production of polyurethane parts by organizing work visits to leading companies in Europe to familiarize ourselves with the latest trends and technologies in this field. Our goal is to stay ahead in the furniture industry, offering top-quality polyurethane products that meet the highest standards.

Mix Preparation

First, we prepare the polyurethane mixture using precise ratios of ingredients and injection speed to ensure high-quality polyurethane parts.

Pouring into Molds and Curing

The prepared mixture is poured into molds shaped according to the design specifications of the seat, backrest, or complete chair. After pouring, the mixture is left to cure, forming the solid structure of the finished product.

Extraction and Finishing

Once the final product has cured, it is extracted from the mold and processed to achieve a smooth surface. Afterward, it undergoes quality control, and if it passes inspection, it is sent to the polyurethane parts warehouse.
