Leather Cutting Department
The Highest Standards in Leather Processing
The leather cutting department is one of the initial steps in our production process, where precision and control directly influence the final appearance of the chair. From the moment the leather arrives at our company, it is carefully treated in accordance with the highest standards.
Each type of leather is stored at appropriate temperatures and carefully separated by type, color, and customer. Before the leather is designated for production, it undergoes a detailed inspection and marking process according to specifications. This process is conducted up to two days before the actual cutting to ensure the best possible quality.
The leather processing itself is carried out on modern CNC cutters from the renowned manufacturer Gerber Technology. Thanks to the expertise of our workers and the use of the latest machines, we achieve maximum leather utilization and guarantee superior quality in every piece.
Process in the Leather Cutting Department
Discover how our expertise in the process of leather entry control, storage, inspection, cutting on CNC machines, and final inspection of cut pieces positively impacts the final appearance of each chair.
Leather Selection and Marking
After the initial leather inspection, where specifications are thoroughly checked and determined, we carefully select the leather to ensure that only the highest quality pieces are chosen for further production. After selection, we mark the leather according to its type and the specific requirements of the customer.
Each piece of leather is carefully marked to ensure clarity and precision throughout the entire production process. We track it from entry into the factory to the final product, ensuring consistency and quality at every step.
Creating Cutting Patterns and Leather Cutting
Once the leather is marked and set aside for production, we use cameras on our CNC machines to scan the leather sheets. This process provides us with detailed information about the size, shape, and texture of the leather, making it easier to accurately position the cutting patterns.
Based on the previous marking of the leather, the automatic nesting of parts onto the scanned leather is performed. This automated nesting ensures that each piece of leather is optimally utilized, minimizing waste and ensuring efficiency in the production process.
After nesting, we begin the leather cutting process. For this purpose, we use a method of cutting with a rotating blade, which is extremely efficient and precise, resulting in straight and clean cuts.
Labeling and Batching
Each cut piece of the chair is carefully labeled with all relevant information from the production plan. This ensures clarity and ease in identifying work orders during the subsequent production process. After labeling, the parts are batched according to the needs for further processing.
The inspection includes checking dimensions, shapes, and any potential defects or damages. A quantity check is also performed to ensure all parts are present in the expected number.
After successful quality and quantity control, the cut pieces are prepared for further processing in the sewing department. This preparation includes both physical and digital documentation.
In the leather cutting department, every detail is carefully considered and processed to achieve the highest standards. Selecting the finest quality leather pieces, precise cutting and processing, and meticulous quality control ensure that each cut leather piece meets the strictest standards.

Advantages of the Leather Cutting Department
Each type of leather is carefully stored at appropriate temperatures and conditions to preserve its natural characteristics. Our warehouse is equipped to maintain proper temperature and protection from external influences, ensuring that the leather retains its natural shape and texture.
Large Warehouse Capacity
To be able to cut a large quantity of leather on CNC machines, we had to increase the warehouse capacity. The leather is stored in special areas, sorted by type, color, and customer, with each hide labeled and carrying information such as lot number, entry date, inspection details, and area, both physically and digitally.
Modern Cutting Technology
Our leather cutting department uses next-generation CNC cutters from the renowned manufacturer Gerber Technology. These cutters are equipped with advanced technology that allows for high precision and low material waste when cutting leather.
High Production Capacity
Our leather cutting department has an impressive capacity of 30,000 square meters per month. This enables us to efficiently and reliably process large quantities of leather to meet the demands of our clients.
High Precision and Material Utilization Optimization
Thanks to CNC technology, our cutters provide high cutting precision and consistency for each piece of leather. This results in high-quality products with a uniform appearance. The advanced cutter technology allows us to optimize the use of leather materials, reducing waste and production costs. This helps us maintain a sustainable approach to production and minimize environmental impact.
