Foam processing is an essential step in our production chain, where each piece of foam is cut according to defined drawings, which must be perfectly precise, as the foam itself determines the final appearance of the product.
The foam processing department is equipped with modern CNC machines from the manufacturer Fecken-Kirfel GmbH & Co. KG. We also have several specialized machines that allow us to achieve any desired foam shape, from milling and beveling to 3D forms. The foams we use in our production are sourced exclusively from trusted suppliers who provide appropriate certificates for each type of foam.

Each piece of foam is carefully shaped, cut, and prepared for assembly to ensure the comfort and durability of our products. Employees in the foam processing department are dedicated to achieving perfection at every step.
Nesting and Production Preparation
After the production plan is launched, automatic nesting is performed according to the types of foam for better utilization and faster execution. The necessary foam is then gathered, and the production plan is initiated. CNC machines enable quick and high-quality cutting, and the nesting is of the latest generation, making the production process more cost-effective and minimizing waste.
Foam Cutting and Processing Procedure
Foam cutting is carried out using the latest generation CNC machines from the company Fecken-Kirfel GmbH & Co. KG. After the foam parts are cut, they are further processed according to the specifications of each item, including any corner cutting, milling, beveling, and other necessary actions required for the specific item.
Inspection for the Gluing Department
After completing the processes, the foam is carefully separated according to the models. Once all foam parts are prepared according to the commission and production plan, they are packed and sent to the gluing preparation department to continue the production process. Collection and inspection are prerequisites for efficiency and accuracy in the subsequent production stages.
Since the foam department cuts all types of foam, we have adequately trained our staff to meet the expectations of our end customers. Every year, we invest in new software and machines, and in 2023, we invested in the latest nesting and CNC technology. Our CNC machine is an impressive 27 meters in length.
