CNC operators retrieve materials from carts where they are already prepared and ready for use. They place them on the CNC machines and begin executing the operational tasks.

Declaring Batches, Inspecting Cut Pieces, and Preparing for the Sewing Department

Each batch on the cutting pattern is declared with relevant information from the production plan. These declarations provide clarity and precision in the subsequent stages of production.

The cut pieces are thoroughly inspected and checked to ensure they are completely correct before being sent to the sewing department. The cut pieces are sent physically and simultaneously in digital form to ensure complete traceability throughout the entire production chain.
